Kristen Ashby
With a heart dedicated to serving children with disabilities and their families, Kristin has spent years working closely with young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Down syndrome through behavioral therapy.
Her passion for this work comes not only from her professional experience but also from a genuine love for helping children discover their strengths, build confidence, and experience a greater sense of belonging.
As a mother of two sons and a wife of more than 20 years, family has always been at the center of her life.
Kristin's experiences as a parent have deepened her understanding of the importance of creating supportive, inclusive communities where every child is valued for who they are and given the opportunity to thrive.
Kristin is also proud to volunteer with the Down Syndrome Association of Atlanta, where she continues to support individuals with Down syndrome and their families. In addition, she serves as Head of Enrollment and Community Relations at Unique Individual Ranch, connecting families with opportunities and resources to enrich the lives of children with disabilities.
Through this nonprofit, Kristin's goal is to combine my professional experience, personal passion, and community involvement to create meaningful opportunities for children with disabilities.
She believes every child has unique abilities, incredible potential, and something special to contribute, and I am committed to helping them feel seen, supported, included, and celebrated.
